Works fine with my xiaomi mini wireless bluetooth 5.3 headset. Just be aware, there is about 0.4 seconds delay. No good for computer gaming, noticeable while watching video.

I ordered this item to use on my sanyo bedroom tv that has a headphone jack but no bluetooth support. set up is very simple and it does what i wanted. i connected it to the tv’s headphone jack with the supplied audio cable. i tested it with a bluetooth speaker, a set of bluetooth headphones, and with apple airpods pro 2. all 3 devices paired with the device and worked well with the tv. i am very pleased.
